ADS 53x

ADS 63x
The ADS-63x uses GaAs devices to achieve high bandwidth and spectral purity. Spur performance of the ADS-63x synthesizers is guaranteed.
DCP-1
The DCP-1 direct digital chirp synthesizer can produce linear FM waveforms over a broad frequency range, with an exceptional update rate. Operating with a 500 MHz clock, the DCP-1 can synthesize a new frequency every two nanoseconds.
DDS Fractional PLL Synthesizers
The SEI-1618EB evaluation card was designed to demonstrate ALL™ (fractional) technology. The ALL™ is a patented fractional PLL circuit, and is fully programmable — i.e., both the counters and the fractionality.
The SEI-1618PG is a Phase Lock Loop (PLL) chip designed to provide frequency control in a PLL at fractional multiples of the reference frequency.
SEI-602 is a GaAs accumulator with 32 bits of frequency resolution, 4 bits of phase control, and 14-bit output. Maximum clock rate is less than 1 GHz, with power dissipation of ~4.5 W
SEI-603 is a GaAs sine ROM that converts 14 bits of phase data to 12 bits of amplitude data in ~3Kof memory, using a patented Sciteq algorithm. Maximum full temperature clock rate is 650 MHz, with power dissipation of ~4.5 W.
Static Prescalers
The SEI-12XX family of low cost, high-speed GaAs dividers can operate at frequencies up to 14 GHz.
VDS-1306
The VDS-1306 combines a patented, pure decimal direct digital synthesizer (DDS) with an advanced phase-locked loop (PLL) circuit. The standard version covers 70±15 MHz, making it ideal as a local oscillator (LO) in radio and SATCOM applications.
VDS-2700
The low cost 2700 series combines a fractional -n PLL with DDS to achieve very fine steps and excellent phase noise. The small module and simple interfaces make system integration easy.
VDS-6000
Covering several bands in RF to low microwave, low cost VDS-6000 synthesizers use a patented fractional-n technique called Arithmetically Locked Loop (ALL), to achieve substantially better phase noise with single loop simplicity.
