ADS 63x DDS Synthesizer
Advanced Broadband Direct Digital Synthesizer
- Less than -60 dBc
- spurs at 100 MHz, guaranteed
- 2 models to choose from
- 14-bit DAC
- Phase control
The ADS-63x uses GaAs devices to achieve high bandwidth and spectral purity. Spur performance of the ADS-63x synthesizers is guaranteed.
The ADS-6331 is the basic direct digital synthesizer (DDS), and requires an external clock. The ADS-632 DDS includes its own clock generation circuitry, which is lockable to an internal 10 MHz reference.
